Full Scholarship to American University in Washington, DC

The award-winning Frederick Douglass Distinguished Scholars (FDDS) program at American University (AU) is offering five full scholarships to high potential, incoming first-year student leaders dedicated to post-baccalaureate education, socially-responsible leadership, and lifelong achievement!

While we encourage applications from all ambitious, well-rounded student leaders, the most competitive applicants will have a minimum 3.8 GPA (unweighted) or 4.0 GPA (weighted). Standardized test scores are not required and submission is optional.

Assumption College: Light the Way Scholarship
$25K per year scholarship awarded to up to 50 students impacting the world in a positive way.  A completed Light the Way Scholarship application includes a brief essay on how you are contributing to make the world a better place, along with a letter of recommendation and a visual representation of your work. To be considered you must apply for admission to the College and complete the scholarship application by December 15, 2018 at www.assumption.edu/LightTheWay.
