Virginia Tech Campus Connection Day Information

 Virginia Tech's Office of Undergraduate Admissions is hosting our fourth annual Campus Connection Day (CCD) on November 7, 2020 and we want you to join us!

Part one is the Open House hosted by Undergraduate Admissions. It is optional, but strongly encouraged, and has a separate registration. Part two is Campus Connection Day, which provides you the opportunity to learn more about the African-American, Latinx and First-Generation student experiences at Virginia Tech. This includes learning about the opportunities and resources we have available for you, such as our Cultural and Community Centers, Student Opportunities and Achievement Resources program (SOAR), Living-Learning Programs and much more. 

The schedule can be viewed here. Each track will have the same schedule, but the identity of the specific track you choose will be highlighted throughout the program. We understand you may identify with more than one track, but for purposes of the program please choose the one you identify with the most or would like to learn more about. 
 

If you participate in CCD and apply for admission no later than October 18, 2020, you may be eligible for an admissions decision at the conclusion of the program. Information about applying will be included with your registration confirmation.

Please note you must meet the student requirements below in order to participate in CCD:

• Senior/12th grade standing
• Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA (with no Ds or Fs and minimal Cs)
• Coursework must show college preparatory rigor within the context of your  school (AP, IB, Dual Enrollment, Honors)
