The Tuition Break program will be relevant to students who find that their intended program of study is not offered by the University of Massachusetts system, Massachusetts state universities or the Massachusetts community colleges.

The RSP provides a tuition break to Massachusetts residents, who are enrolled in approved degree programs at public colleges and universities in the five other New England states.
