Scholarship Opportunities - Class of 2017

Abbott & Fenner Business Consultants are pleased to be able to continue with our scholarship program for the 10th year.

We will be awarding up to $1,000 to the winner(s) each year.

Scholarship Deadline   -  June 12, 2017.

Application Process

The Cohen & Jaffe Law Office would like to offer a great scholarship opportunity to your students. This scholarship was created to assist education costs for graduating seniors.

More information about this contest can be found by visiting www.cohenjaffe.com/college-scholarship . There are two prizes available- first place will be awarded $1,000, second place awarded $500, and three honorable mentions available at $250 each. For this contest students most compose an essay of no less than 500 words and no more than 750 words. There are two topics that applicants can write about:

1. Describe a time you drastically impacted someone else and improved their life.
2. What guidelines would you develop to ensure safety precautions are adhered to at medical facilities? What needs to be changed to protect patients?

The contest is open now and the deadline is April 3, 2017.  

Wittenberg University Special Interest Awards

 Special Interest Award in Art - Starting at $1,000 per year
 Special Interest Award in Dance - Starting at $1,500 per year
 Special Interest Award in Music - Starting at $1,500 per year
 Special Interest Award in Theatre - Starting at $1,500 per year

These awards require a separate audition or portfolio.  The application deadline for these awards is March 1, and the awards range from $1,000 - $2,500 per year or more.

Please note that students may apply for multiple awards, but can only receive one Special Interest Award.  If selected, students will receive one Special Interest Award in addition to one Merit-Based Scholarship.
